It is widely used in mechanical, automotive, electronic and electrical appliances, instrumentation, textile and construction and other industrial fields. It is a thermoplastic engineering plastic with a wide range of uses. Flame-retardant ABS resin has good impact strength and surface hardness within a certain temperature range, good dimensional stability, certain chemical resistance and good electrical insulation. Flame-retardant Abs Plastic is opaque, generally light yellow (light ivory), but it can be made into any other color products with high gloss by coloring. The appearance of the electroplating level can be used for electroplating, vacuum coating and other ABS Plastic decoration.

For high-precision plastic parts, the mold temperature should be 50-60 degrees and high gloss. The mold temperature of thermoplastic parts should be 60-80 degrees. 9. If you need to solve the water pinched pattern, it is necessary to improve the fluidity of the material by adopting methods such as high material temperature, high mold temperature, or changing the water level. 10. For example, if forming a heat-resistant or flame retardant material, there will be plastic decomposers on the surface of the mold 3-7 days after production, resulting in the surface of the mold to shine, and the mold needs to be cleaned up in time. At the same time, the exhaust position of the mold surface needs to be increased. 11. The cooling speed is fast, and the mold pouring system should be thick and short. It is advisable to set up a cold material hole, and the gate should be large, such as direct gate, disk gate or fan-shaped gate, etc., but the internal stress should be prevented from increasing. If necessary, an adjustable gate can be used. The mold should be heated, and wear-resistant steel should be selected. 12. The material temperature has a great impact on the quality of the plastic parts. If the material temperature is too low, it will cause material shortages. The surface will be dull. If the silver wire is disordered, the material temperature is too high, it is easy to overflow edges. Silver wire dark strips appear, and the plastic parts will change color and foam. 13. The mold temperature has a great impact on the quality of the plastic parts. When the mold temperature is low, the shrinkage rate is low, the elongation, the impact strength is large, bending resistance, compression resistance, and low tensile strength. When the mold temperature exceeds 120 degrees, the cooling of the plastic part is slow, it is easy to deform and adhesive, it is difficult to remove the mold, and the molding cycle is long. 14. The molding shrinkage rate is small, prone to melting and cracking, and stress concentration. Therefore, the molding conditions should be strictly controlled during molding, and the plastic parts should be annealed after molding. 15. The melting temperature is high, the viscosity is high, and it is not sensitive to shear action. For plastic parts larger than 200 grams, a screw injection machine should be used, and the nozzle should be heated. It is advisable to use an open extended nozzle, and the injection molding speed is medium and high speed.
