Precautions before forming:
1, boot and stop for flame retardant grade ABS in order to prevent the decomposition of flame retardants, there are strict requirements. In the boot, the barrel should be cleaned with general grade ABS first, and then processed, before the shutdown (refers to the shutdown for more than 20 minutes), on the one hand, the barrel temperature must be reduced to below 100℃, on the other hand, the material in the barrel must be emptied, and the barrel can be stopped after cleaning with general grade ABS. The purpose is to make the flame-retardant grade ABS does not decompose.
2, the use of recycled materials for a primary or secondary clean, no impurities, no decomposition of the existence of ABS recycled materials, can be crushed directly after use, can also be mixed with new materials, the proportion of mixing generally does not exceed 25% of the new material, so as not to affect the performance. For the number of regeneration more than 5 times or the addition of colorant of recycled materials, generally not mixed with new materials, mainly to prevent color difference.
