PC/ABS alloy with good thermal stability

PC/ABS alloy is a thermoplastic plastic made of Polycarbonate and polyacrylonitrile butadiene styrene copolymer (ABS) alloy. During the preparation process of PC/ABS alloy, drying treatment is required, and the humidity should be less than 0.04%. It is recommended to dry at 90-110 ℃ for 2-4 hours. The melting temperature range is 230~300 ℃, and the recommended mold temperature is between 50~100 ℃. The injection pressure depends on the specific requirements of the plastic part, while the injection speed should be as high as possible to ensure the best molding effect of the material. ‌
