Product Description
1. GFR-nylon is reinforced with a certain amount of glass fiber in nylon resin to obtain plastic (FR-PA). It can be divided into long glass fiber reinforced nylon (fiber and plastic particles are equal in length, generally about 10mm) and short glass fiber reinforced nylon (glass fiber length is about 0.2~0.7mm) mixed with short-cut fiber, or continuous fiber imported into twin-screw extruder. 2. Nylon belongs to Polyamide and has an amino group in its main chain. Amino groups are polar and attract each other due to the action of hydrogen bonds. Therefore, nylon is easy to crystallize and can be made into high-strength fibers. Polyamide is a ductile keratinal translucent or milky white crystalline resin, which is often made into cylindrical granules. The molecular weight of polyamide used as plastics is generally 15,000 to 20,000. 3. With 30% glass fiber added to PA, the mechanical properties, dimensional stability, heat resistance and aging resistance of PA have been significantly improved, and the fatigue resistance strength is 2.5 times that of the unenhanced one. 4. Reinforcement materials are used to improve the performance of nylon. Because the glass fiber will be oriented along the flow direction during the injection molding process, the mechanical properties and shrinkage will be enhanced in the orientation direction, resulting in the deformation and warping of the product. Therefore, when designing the mold, the position and shape of the gate should be reasonable, and the temperature of the mold can be increased in the process. After the product is taken out, put into hot water and let it cool slowly. In addition, the greater the proportion of glass fiber added, the greater the wear on the plasticized components of the injection molding machine.General Grade Polystyrene It is best to use bimetal screws and barrels. Compared with pure nylon, the mechanical strength, rigidity, heat resistance, creep resistance and fatigue resistance strength of enhanced nylon are greatly improved,Polyformaldehyde and the elongation, molding shrinkage, moisture absorption and wear resistance are reduced. The performance is mainly determined by the adhesion strength, content, length-to-diameter ratio and orientation of fiber and resin. It can be injection molded and extruded. It is widely used in the manufacture of heat-resistant structural plastic parts in aerospace, automobiles, machinery, chemical industry and other fields.
